Docs audience / POV gate :: Agent Rules

Added Audience / point of view gate to general/documentation.md: published docs address naive readers and visitors — not the chat commissioner who ordered the page.
Agents must name the published reader before drafting; “you” maps by surface (docs vs agent rules); anti-patterns and pass checks listed.
Thin pointers: user.md Docs, general/global.md, skills/BOOTSTRAP.md, AGENTS.md, agents/editorial/titles.md.
Skills re-check the gate when shipping visitor copy: antora-org-site, public-readme, bootstrap-org, owned-changelog, writing-news, writing-blog.

Motivating failure mode: architecture pages that read like an agent briefing for the session partner instead of an onboarding guide for a new org member (e.g. early harness-neutral drafts).
