Added annotated-map figure docs/modules/ROOT/images/rules-geography.svg as the primary teaching image for harness-neutral architecture.
Documented layered deltas: personal fork is an overlay (profiles / tweaks / personal-only skills), not a HEAD-parity mirror of the team template; skills and shared policy sync from $AGENT_RULES_PATH.
Clarified rules-manager: required when the harness cannot stack layers (one undifferentiated always-on field); optional when native stacking works.
Demoted Mermaid on harness-neutral.adoc / architecture.adoc / README in favor of the map; kept one optional context-assembly sequence.
Aligned general/harness-boundary.md, general/rules-skills-sync.md, and skill sync-agent-rules with overlay-vs-parity wording.
Hub: redeploy the docs aggregator playbook so _images/rules-geography.svg goes live on docs.devcentr.org.
