2026-03-14 – Roadmap, Extensions & GraphRAG

Today’s updates laid the roadmap for the next generation of DevCentr extensibility and codebase analysis capabilities:

  • Ecosystem Streaming: Planned a web service and extension marker system to allow extensions to be built entirely locally from guest Git repositories, bypassing traditional CI/CD overhead and package registries.

  • AI-Audited Registry: Planned a new marketplace backed by a hybrid graph/vector cloud DB, utilizing AI to audit extension source code for safety, correctness, and anomalous behavior.

  • GraphRAG Support: Updated specs and roadmap to track the planned support and integration for a standalone GraphRAG indexer service (to be built persistently in D-lang) for deep semantic codebase understanding.

These changes were pushed to todo-roadmap.adoc and TODO.adoc.
