2026-03-19 – DUB Local vs Remote Paths

Added DUB Local vs Remote Paths to document how developers can manage build specifications in dub.json without manually swapping between local and remote dependency paths.

Documented four strategies: dub.selections.json workflow (local add-local, CI defaults to online), DUB path overrides via ~/.dub/config.json, environment variable overrides for CI, and git submodules for persistent patches.

Emphasized dub add-local as the standard solution to decouple the local filesystem from the project’s declarative build spec.
