2026-03-21 – Automatic AI model routing specification

Added Automatic AI Model Routing as a feature-level specification (profiles, task categories, vendor proposal, rationale). Integrated into the Specifications index and nav; removed the separate designs/ subtree so the topic is a normal spec alongside other features.

Corrected Specifications nav link to xref:templates-schema.adoc for the templates schema page.
