Orientation for the Appearance dialog vs later font work.

Spec Appearance (code font) — table: Suitcase-style manager, Fontsource npm UI, Nerd Font as a radio, proprietary picker, real OpenType ligatures in the preview. Status is later / separate / never / blocked on toolkit — not "out of scope" as a shrug.
Todo & Roadmap and root TODO.adoc — resume order: optional Nerd Font toggle, then project Fontsource lock as a library (DevCentr first client).
