2026-08-28 - Demos + push workflow (owned orgs)

Summary

  • Added agents/demos-and-push.md (owned orgs only: DevCentr, HCI-Nerdz, OpenShellOrg, related) - inventing/shipping a UI concept auto-applies skill demo-site-wiring.

  • Explicit anti-suppression: do not disable end-of-run push/PR for demo prototyping; iterate via later commits/PR updates; local preview does not block push.

  • Conflict handling: resolve clear demo/docs clashes; otherwise surface inconsistent philosophies to the user.

  • Extended demo-site-wiring triggers + body; thin pointers in AGENTS.md, user.md, agents/_MAIN.md, skills/CATALOG.md.

Why

Interactive demos were easy to forget when inventing UI concepts. Suppressing auto push/PR for local prototyping was considered and rejected to avoid cross-machine friction.
