PlantUML Themed SVG CI path

Why

Kroki PlantUML SVG embeds stay fixed-color under the site dark-mode toggle. A PlantUML adapter sibling of the Mermaid Themed SVG path was needed in CI.

Change

  • Depend on @dev-centr/plantuml-svg-css-vars (github:dev-centr/plantuml-svg-css-vars#v0.1.0 until npm Trusted Publishing is registered for the new package).

  • Add scripts/build-plantuml-diagrams.mjs and diagrams:build:plantuml.

  • Rebuild label-as-wire-break from .puml through Kroki + the adapter.
