Hub home component (Overview + portal H1)
Multi-repo org hubs (this site, D Lang Supplemental docsunchecked) share one aggregator component for portal pages, org roadmap, and publishing notes. Product repos stay separate Antora components wired through the playbook.
Agent skill: hub-home-overview (canonical under dev-centr/agent-rules; skills catalog).

Sidebar vs page title
The hub left nav should lead with Overview — not Portal, Home, or the portal H1:
* xref:index.adoc[Overview]
* xref:where-docs-live.adoc[Where Documentation Lives]
The hub index page uses a portal-branded H1 (this site: DevCentr portal; D Lang Supplemental: D Lang Supplemental Portal). That is an intentional exception to the usual “H1 = nav label” rule for teaching pages:
= DevCentr portal
:navtitle: Overview
Product component homes still follow the house Antora title rule (H1 = nav label; linked section parents, not .Section + Overview) — skill antora-org-site and agent-rules general/documentation.md.
Why not name the hub component docs
When GitHub Pages (or site.url) already serves under /docs, a component named docs produces awkward paths such as /docs/docs/…. Name the aggregator home so published URLs use /home/ (with urls.html_extension_style: indexify, the start page is the folder URL under that segment).
start_path: docs in the playbook only tells Antora which directory in each git repo holds antora.yml — it does not set the public component id.
site-nav-tree
On multi-component hubs, register @antora-supplemental/site-nav-tree with home first in include and order. Prefer Overview as the start-page nav label in product components so forest roots do not collide with the Home component title — see site-nav-tree and site-nav-tree README — hub component namingunchecked.
