2026-08-30 — Mixr cost routing and shadow/LSP design

Extended Agent harness with Mixr on-device defaults, suppress lists, and HarnessDriver / t3code division of labor.

Added Mixr routing and cost and Shadow workspace and LSP.

Updated harness.example.md Mixr variables (MIXR_ROUTER*, MIXR_SUPPRESS_*).
