2026-08-10 — Context7 setup, AI docs writing, nav prune

Added Context7 MCP and Skills setup and Writing clear docs with AI (nav/catalog had pointed at missing files).

Pruned general-knowledge nav.adoc entries whose target pages did not exist (Tailwind/file-sync/git how-tos, several git references, ssh/self-host/sync essays, Apps Script, …). Re-add when content lands.

Catalog Context7 row no longer says “add/restore page if missing”.
